Battery cooling unit BCU is used in electric vehicle or cars which is the futurestic technology, we have design and developed brazing frames for BCU
heat exchanger.
These brazing frames are used in furnace brazing including Nocolok brazing and vaccume brazing furnace which has to pass through tempreture range from 590℃ - 620℃ during each pass. In this context tense radiator and condenser, aluminium blocks go through in the brazing process, a special brazing oven at very high temperatures. The high-quality manufacturing quality guarantees a high stability of the clamping frames even for sizes over 1300x1000 mm and thus the best sustainability for many brazing cycles.
